Thanks for the comment on my blog, John. It is very true how localized stereotypes can be. I go back home often because I have a lot of family still there. Why people hate others because of what school district they live in, etc.? Amazing how that stuff goes away when you move away, but if you never leave the area, it doesn't leave you either.
